VISION

TGNOC exists to unify, equip, and empower churches, ministries, and marketplace leaders to fulfill the Great Commission. By fostering spiritual growth, developing strong leadership, and advancing community transformation through apostolic alignment, strategic partnerships, and Kingdom collaboration, we strengthen leaders to make a lasting and eternal impact for Christ.

MISSION

TGNOC is committed to advancing the Kingdom of God by providing apostolic oversight, leadership development, ministerial training, and strategic resources to churches, ministries, and marketplace leaders. Through fellowship, mentorship, and collaborative support, we cultivate a network of thriving leaders rooted in sound doctrine, grounded in Kingdom principles, and dedicated to transforming communities for Christ.

Biblical Authority

We believe in the Bible as the inspired, infallible Word of God, which serves as the foundation for all faith, doctrine, and practice.

📖 2 Timothy 3:16-17 – All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.

Kingdom Advancement

We believe the Church is called to expand God’s Kingdom through preaching the Gospel, making disciples, and transforming nations.

📖 Matthew 28:19-20 – Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you.

Five-fold Ministry

We believe in the fivefold ministry and their role in equipping the saints, governing churches, and advancing the Kingdom.

📖 Ephesians 4:11-13 – And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.

Prayer & Intercession

We believe prayer is the foundation of everything we do, seeking divine guidance, power, and breakthrough through fervent intercession.

📖 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 – Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

Holiness, Integrity, Accountability

We believe in living a life of holiness, integrity, and accountability, reflecting Christ in character and conduct.

📖 1 Peter 1:15-16 – But as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, because it is written, "Be holy, for I am holy.

📖 Proverbs 11:3 – The integrity of the upright will guide them, but the perversity of the unfaithful will destroy them.

Collaboration & Unity

We believe the Body of Christ must unite across churches and ministries to fulfill God’s divine mandate.

📖 Psalm 133:1 – Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!

Equipping & Empowerment

We believe in equipping believers for effective ministry, providing spiritual training, leadership development, and mentorship to fulfill their calling.

📖 2 Timothy 2:2 – And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.

Community Transformation

We believe in being the salt and light, impacting communities through outreach, service, and economic empowerment, demonstrating God’s love in action.

📖 Matthew 5:14-16 – You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden… Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.

Church Planting

We believe in the multiplication of healthy churches, raising up leaders, and establishing new congregations for the advancement of the Kingdom

📖 Acts 2:42-47 – And they continued steadfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers… And the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved.

📖 Titus 1:5 – For this reason I left you in Crete, that you should set in order the things that are lacking, and appoint elders in every city as I commanded you.

Biblical Stewardship

We believe in biblical financial principles, practicing stewardship, wealth-building, and sustainability to advance God’s Kingdom.

📖 Luke 16:10-11 – He who is faithful in what is least is faithful also in much… If you have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches?

Apostolic counsel and oversight, leadership development, strategic guidance, shared resources, covenant fellowship, and collaborative ministry initiatives.

Connected
Partners

Who It’s For:
Autonomous churches, ministries, organizations, businesses, marketplace leaders, and individuals who want connection, training, shared resources, and collaboration through Tributary Global Network.

What to Expect:
Connected Partners maintain their independence while choosing intentional relationships, communication, and participation in network opportunities. This level is designed for alignment without formal covering.

Connected Engagement:
Training opportunities, shared resources, collaborative initiatives, event participation, and relational connections within the network.

Biblical Anchor: 1 Corinthians 1:10 — “Be perfectly joined together…”

Community
Partners

Who It’s For:
Churches, ministries, organizations, businesses, marketplace leaders, and individuals who align with the vision of Tributary Global Network and want to support, participate in, or collaborate on outreach and community initiatives without a formal covenant or covering relationship.

What to Expect:
Community Partners engage through practical partnership and shared mission. This level is ideal for supporters, volunteers, sponsors, and collaborators who want to strengthen Kingdom impact through community outreach and service.

Community Engagement:
Sponsorship, volunteering, event support, resource sharing, and participation in outreach and community initiatives.
